'Bat-Freak...'

I've noticed there isn't a whole lot of pictures of my all time favorite wise-cracking somewhat anti-Batman cop, Lt. Harvey Bullock! So to make up for that, I've attempted to draw him. I know there are some things wrong, but I'm overall pleased after all the work I put into it and the fact that it's already 3 am. Lol. What do you think?
