In my attempt to continue drawing Disney Villains for the Halloween month that it is (and so Oogie wouldn't be alone) I present you Judge Claude Frollo from Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame! Hopefully this isn't entirely horrible. I'll see what you guys think.

Very nice rendition of Judge Frollo.
I can't help, but think lists like the ones that the N-Chick did of Hottest guys and Frollo was either a runner up or on number 10.
