'There Can Be Only One...'

I managed to do a quick little doodle, and I must say I'm rather pleased with it. I'll explain a bit about this guy you're looking at.

On Facebook, I've got this Highlander application (I'm a huge Highlander fan, so w00cha!) and my Immortal's name is Amasa Cormack. At first, I didn't like the name. Now it's stuck on me. I just randomly started drawing, and next thing I know, I've come up with Amasa!

I haven't really thought up a decent history for him, but he was born October 14th, 1726. In the Highlander application it's set around the first movie, but it seems the modern time applications in effect, because he's 281 by The Game. I prefer 282 (in keeping with 2008 timeframe and because it's an even number). Perhaps sometime I'll come up with something for him. But originally he used a Rapier as his weapon of choice, but after a fight with a Japanese Immortal cost him his weapon, he took up said Immortal's weapon after slaying him with it.

Personality-wise, Amasa's a nice guy. He's more of a thinker, but years of having to fight for his life have honed his combat skills. Amasa has had few loves, but plenty of friends. In a sense, he's like me if I were an Immortal.

*Note* I drew this on the back of a notecard. Perhaps in the future I'll use more of them to save paper and make use of notecards already used. Lol.

*Note 2* I used a certain character as the basis for the pose. Anyone wish to take a guess? He's definitely one of my favorites of all time. Friends of mine should know if they think hard. Lawl.
